June, 2015“I have been a shop owner for 20 years and have done consistent training with all of the Major training companies and was doing well but I was never able to get the shop over the hump and achieve my goals. I have been stuck at 15 percent profit and worked 50-60 hours a week. No matter what I did I could never get the processes down and the shop organized to the point where I could take a vacation or even take a day off.
